GUIDED MEDITATIONS

                

 

I am a big advocate of checking out for a minimum of 5 minutes a day as often as you can to give your mind a break. Stop the monkey mind and get clear with any of my guided meditations. If you can't make it to my classes or experiences - and want to meet with me more regularly - my guided meditations are perfect to keep on your smart phone, tablet, and desk top so you can get mindful more often throughout your day.
