Vanessa has been practicing Yoga & Meditation for over 15 years. She fell on her yoga mat and spiritual path with a passionate calling to enrich herself and help others through the power of this ancient, mindful practice. 

 

Vanessa has been strongly influenced by the teachings of Buddhism, travel, culture and the whole mindful movement that is globally emerging. After founding one of Chicagos' first spiritual yoga and meditation sanctuaries in 2004, Vanessa then fell on the path of expanding her love of mindful living into books, documentary film, retreats and teaching yoga, meditation and mindful experiences.

 

Through flow, meditation, pranayama, asana and self-empowerment, Vanessa's goals are to always have her students leave a class, workshop or retreat feeling at peace, revitalized and empowered.

 

Her classes include - Yoga, meditation, curated music, mantra, pranayama, sound therapy and enlightened dharma talks.
